Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Deeper Inside Your Mind website, its embedded chat experience, and the recordings and materials offered through them (together, the "Service"), operated by Deeper Inside Your Mind ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. They apply to all visitors and users of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, you do not have permission to access the Service.
1. Adult content — you must be 18 or older
The Service contains sexually explicit, adult-oriented material, including erotic hypnosis recordings and frank discussion of sexual themes, kink, BDSM, and related subjects. By using the Service you represent and warrant that:

the selection, arrangement, and structure of all of the above.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. No part of the Service is sold to you. Purchasing a recording grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to listen to it for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Prohibited uses
You agree that you will not, and will not permit or assist anyone else to:

Copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lend, broadcast, or publicly perform any recording or other content, in whole or in part, or make it available to anyone else, whether for free or for payment;

Scrape, crawl, harvest, data-mine, or bulk-download any part of the Service, or use any automated system (including bots, spiders, scripts, scrapers, or headless browsers) to access, monitor, or copy content or the chat;

Use the chat through any automated or programmatic means, send it traffic at a volume or rate that exceeds normal individual human use, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other technical protections;

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, or attempt to discover, extract, reproduce, or derive its source code, underlying models, or the chat's system prompts, instructions, configuration, or persona;

Attempt to make the chat reveal, repeat, or summarize its own instructions or prompts, or use prompt-injection, jailbreaking, or similar techniques to manipulate it into behaving outside its intended purpose;

Use the Service or its outputs to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or build any machine-learning model, dataset, or competing product or service, or to clone or imitate the brand, the recordings, or the chat persona;

Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice; or

Use the Service in any way that is unlawful, infringing, or that interferes with its operation or security.
These restrictions are a material part of these Terms. We rely on them to protect proprietary and trade-secret material, and reserve all legal and equitable remedies for their breach, including injunctive relief.
4. The chat experience and logging
The chat is an AI-powered conversational experience. It may produce information that is incomplete, inaccurate, or not suited to your situation; do not rely on it as professional advice of any kind.
To operate and improve the Service, conversations with the chat are logged and retained. A long-term archive of conversation transcripts is kept so we can improve the experience, our recommendations, and the recordings we offer. Before a transcript is stored, we automatically attempt to redact obvious personal identifiers (such as email addresses, phone numbers, and names) from it. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
5. Purchases
Prices, availability, and the catalog may change at any time. Because the recordings are digital goods delivered for immediate personal use, all sales may be final to the extent permitted by law. Any refund or consumer-rights terms apply as stated at the point of sale and as required by applicable law.
6. Links to other websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Deeper Inside Your Mind. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive — including, without limitation, ownership provisions, prohibited uses, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Deeper Inside Your Mind and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) resulting from or arising out of (a) your use and access of the Service, or (b) your breach of these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
In no event shall Deeper Inside Your Mind, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service, including from the chat; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content — whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Deeper Inside Your Mind, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service, including any recommendation produced by the chat, will meet your requirements.
11. Exclusions
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you.
12. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements between us regarding the Service.
13. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect; what constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
